Job DescriptionJob DescriptionOur organization is in search of a Board Certified or Board Eligible Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist to become part of our dedicated team within the Department of Psychiatry. This position primarily focuses on inpatient care at the Behavioral Medicine Center (BMC), with the potential for outpatient responsibilities in the afternoons at the Behavioral Health Institute (BHI) and/or within intensive outpatient programs for children and adolescents. The role will also encompass teaching and supervisory duties for the child and adolescent fellowship, with opportunities to participate in a longitudinal teaching clinic for fellows and/or an integrated clinic alongside pediatrics.

Compensation & BenefitsThe starting base salary for this position ranges from $240,000 to $321,000, depending on years of experience and faculty rank. This figure represents the base compensation only and does not include variable compensation or additional productivity incentives, which are determined by individual departmental compensation plans. Further details regarding compensation will be provided during the recruitment process.
